After extensive research, we carefully selected the open-source Contao CMS based on these primary criteria:

Contao is an open source content management system (CMS) for people who want a professional internet presence that is easy to maintain. The state-of-the-art structure of the system offers a high security standard and allows you to develop search engine friendly websites that are also accessible for people with disabilities.

Furthermore, the system can be expanded flexibly and inexpensively. Easy management of user rights, the Live Update Service, the modern CSS framework and many already integrated modules (news, calendar, forms, etc.) have quickly made Contao one of the most popular open source content management systems on the market.

The target market can be reached electronically via e-mail invitations (or e-vites) and then they interact with a event or incentive website landing page and then they either register or participate in the event or incentive.

You, as the client, gain access to the back-end system which provides download of the registrants or participants in the incentive or event. The workflow is:

• Create the Campaign or Event Concept to match the target market
• Create e-Vite to match the look and feel and concept
• Create a Landing page: Registration, Agenda, Activities, About, Galleries, etc.
• Provide Back-End access to the registration information

The client can then be sent the e-vite with a link to the landing page where they access the additional information, leading to the final registration to the event, activity or incentive.

The CMS we use, Contao CMS provides an excellent method to enter and update all this search engine information. In fact most of our clients arrive in any search engine at the top, or within the first 5 positions, even with large American companies using a similar or identical company or brand name.

Search engines also take into account how many websites and other web locations link back to your site, so it's important to have other companpies — particularly your partners — link back to your site.

Analytics is the tool that provides summarised data about the visits to your website.

Usually we quote for adding Google Analytics to your website when installed. You will then receive and automated monthly report that provides summary data for your site. This data will include statistics like:

We can link your Contao CMS blog to FaceBook, so that when you post stories they automatically appear in the FaceBook page.
