Vodacom announces launch date of iPhone 4

Apple's international roll-out plan for the iPhone 4 never included a single mention of South Africa. Local Vodacom provided refused to comment about whether the device would ever be released here in South Africa.
The roll-out plan of 18 countries in July and 24 in August didn't include South Africa, but Vodacom confirmed that they would be bringing the iPhone 4 to South Africa.
A tweet posted for today, Pieter Uys, CEO of Vodacom, confirmed that the cellular operator plans on launching the device at the end of September.
